Fitness is like a tricycle, it has three wheels that are in constant motion = Nutrition + Training + Wellness. As Personal and Nutrition Coaches, we train our clients to become experts in their own intake of nutrients that are reliant on quality protein, veggies, carbohydrates, fats and a whole foods approach. We hold clients accountable through check-ins, individualized training plans and gradual release of responsibility. As a result of teamwork and committed practice, our successful clients shift their mindset and take action through their own understanding and motivation of the process.
