I'm Stephanie Staub—a Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, and Lifestyle Coach on a mission to help busy men and women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies—without fad diets or burnout. With a background as both a Special Education teacher and CrossFit coach, I bring a unique blend of discipline, compassion, and results-driven coaching.
